Jungle Rhythms Celebrates Conservation Efforts with Awards and Events at Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve

On August 16, 2024, Jungle Rhythms, a Pune-based NGO, conducted a tree planting event, a wildlife film screening for kids, and an art competition at Moharli Zilla Parishad Primary School in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve.

Jungle Rhythms has been working in the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve for over 15 years. Established in 2009, the NGO operates in all of Maharashtra’s wildlife areas.

The event was attended by Jungle Rhythms President Nirmalya Chakravarty, Moharli Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Smt. Sunita Katkar, former Sarpanch Sanjay Monde, former Deputy Sarpanch Raju Dhawle, Ramkrishna Sakarkar (Police Patil Moharli), Vilas Soyam (Field Assistant) Moharli (Core) Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Dr. Ajay Gupta, Gypsy Welfare Society President Sanjay Mankar, Shahanaz Baig (Tadoba’s first female guide), Birdman of Tadoba Sumedhbodhi Waghmare, and teachers and students of the Zilla Parishad School.
