Bhopal : A sensational discovery has been made in the world-famous Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, where hundreds of tiger bones were found in a closed well in Mili village under the Magadhi range of Bandhavgarh, from where  villages were relocated in 2016.  The bones indicate that the bones of several tigers were found, and it is estimated that many tigers may have been killed. According to sources, after the management of Bandhavgarh received information about the tiger bones, the forest department is in a state of shock. In a frenzy, the management has removed the bones (remains) of the tiger from the well and is now waiting to bury them secretly to suppress the case. The information received from sources is extremely alarming. It has been reported that more than 150 bones (remains) of a tiger were found in a well that has been closed for a long time near Chhaprahar in Magadhi Beat of the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve on April 1, 2023

Wildlife activist Ajay Dube has demanded a comprehensive investigation into the matter to eliminate the possibility that the tiger may have been poached and skinned. Further investigation has been initiated by the Forest Department.
