Chandrapur (Mohammad Suleman Baig):
A vehicle hit a leopard near Jharan, Kanhargaon Wildlife Sanctuary ,around Kothari area on the Chandrapur-Aheri road this morning at around 8 o’clock. Several wild animals have been killed or hit on the same route in the past. PWD’s mitigation measures have been failed miserably. A team from the Central Chanda forest div. has arrived at the scene. Wildlife lovers are demanding effective measures to prevent such accidents.
