An inquiry into the Rs 12.15 crore online ticketing scam in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve has been started by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Rohit and Abhishek Thakur, the primary defendants in the case, have already been taken into custody. The Thakur brothers’ problems have been made worse by the ED probe. Abhishek Vinod Singh Thakur of Chandrapur Wildlife Connectivity Solution and Rohit Vinod Singh Thakur handled the internet ticketing for Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. Together, they taken 12 crore 15 lakh 50 thousand rupees from the internet ticket sales.
The Thakur brothers were taken into custody in relation to this financial offence. Dr. Jitendra Ramgaonkar, the CCF of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, had earlier suspicions that the economic infraction was occurring. Dr. Jitendra Ramgaonkar so asked that the ED look into the matter.. An probe is started by the ED at Ramgaonkar’s request.
