Gondia:
A leopard’s body was found in Tilli Mohagaon and near Tilli village under Goregaon range of Gondia forest area on Monday 4th January and a leopard has been found dead. On Sunday 3rd January , a leopard’s body was found in a well near Tilli Mohagaon. Due to the disappearance of head and the paws of this leopard, the forest department had estimated that its prey was trapped in the well.
During the search operation in this regard, on 4th January, again a leopard’s body was found hardly 50 metres away from the same spot. This leopard is being estimated to be hunted by electrocution. Such incidents has happened in this campus before also.
